Purpose
The Quality Assurance system is designed to ensure that all clinical and support services are delivered in a safe, effective, efficient and patient-centered manner. It promotes accountability, standardization of care and continuous quality improvement across all departments.

1. Clinical Governance & Standards Compliance
All clinical practices are guided by evidence-based protocols, clinical pathways and regulatory requirements to ensure consistency and reliability in patient care.
2. Patient Safety & Risk Management
A structured incident reporting and analysis system is in place to identify, evaluate and mitigate clinical and non-clinical risks, with a strong focus on preventing adverse events and medical errors.
3. Infection Prevention & Control (IPC)
Strict adherence to infection control policies and procedures is maintained across all departments to minimize healthcare-associated infections and ensure a safe clinical environment.
4. Performance Monitoring & Internal Audits
Regular audits, departmental evaluations and key performance indicator (KPI) monitoring are conducted to assess compliance, identify gaps and drive improvements.
5. Staff Competency & Continuous Professional Development
